These tools are internal to Doka USA, Ltd. and its affiliates. Access is by invitation only and is limited to authorized personnel. If you reached this page without an invitation, no account or access is available to you.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the doka-platform software tools made available at digitaldoka.com and its subdomains (the "Platform"), operated by Doka USA, Ltd. ("Doka," "we," "us"). By signing in or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who may use the Platform

The Platform is provided solely for the internal business purposes of Doka and its affiliates. Access is granted by invitation to employees, contractors, and other personnel authorized by Doka ("Authorized Users"). Accounts are created through an invitation and approval process; the Platform does not offer public or self-service registration. Your right to use the Platform exists only while you are an Authorized User and may be modified or revoked at any time.

5. Confidentiality of Platform data

The Platform contains confidential and proprietary business information of Doka and its customers, including customer records, project and revenue information, pricing, and related materials. All such information is the confidential information of Doka (or its customers or licensors) and must be treated in accordance with your confidentiality obligations to Doka. You must use Platform data only for authorized purposes and must not disclose it to any person who is not authorized to receive it.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, and all software, content, catalogs, 3D models, and materials made available through it, are owned by Doka or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Platform as an Authorized User for Doka business. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Availability; no warranty

The Platform is an internal tool provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Doka does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed is complete or current; certain data is synchronized from other systems of record and may lag or differ from those systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doka disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doka and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Suspension and termination

Doka may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including when your authorization ends, when required to protect the Platform or its data, or for any violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

Doka may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice to Authorized Users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
